How?

Join group classes or attend one on one sessions with Saraswati Devi to learn and practice the techniques on a regular basis. Practicing in a group and with a teacher offers support, motivation and speeds up development. It's great way to meet like-mined people.

In order to progress in meditation, the body and mind must learn how to be still. This is normally extremely challenging for us as thoughts invade our mind, our mind wanders, our senses such as sounds distract us, and our body is fidgety and uncomfortable.

Many challenges occur when attempting meditation on our own and consequently people give up very quickly. Having a teacher who has mastered the challenges and understands how to move through them will help you to progress, start seeing positive results and really enjoying your practice.
