A 45 min class in the morning to help you to wake up, to move vital energy through your body and mind, to build enthusiasm and to set a positive mindset for the day ahead. Includes pranayama (yogic breathing techniques), mantra repetition, visualisation, meditation and affirmations.
A 45 min class in the evening to help you to switch off from your day and all the stresses. To calm down your nervous system and prepare you for a good sleep. To relax your body and mind. Includes pranayama (yogic breathing techniques), mantra repetition, meditation, periods of silence and reflection, and affirmations.
A series of half and full day classes are held on weekends that dive deeper into specific topics and techniques. The classes provide both theory and practice. In-person weekend classes normally also include the option of a healthy, vegan meal.
A 60 min class which begins with reading passages from Yogic books, then spending some time in silence meditating on the topic, followed by an open discussion in the group on the meaning and personal interpretation of the text. The final part of the class is writing down 3 ways that you will implement this in your daily life.
A 30 min group session with meditation on a sankalpa (good intention) while sending healing to the world. Each session is different, and we begin by making suggestions and agreeing where the group want to send the healing in that session. Examples could be to health care workers, teachers or to particular countries. When we meditate together and have a group sankalpa (intention) with the foundation of love, the healing and energy is very powerful. Not only does it positively help others, it helps to open our heart and give us real joy.

Starting from the first day of my spiritual journey until recently, I tried several different meditation styles with different teachers. When I met Saraswati Devi (Amanda) I thought that was what I had been searching for. Her kindness and energy gives me peace and love. She is like a close friend as well as a professional teacher.
