A film created in Berlin to help show that meditation is not only for Yogis living in remote areas, but also for people who live a busy city life.
Cinematography: Yaron Sokolov
Music: Edo & Jo 'Om Namo Narayani'
The Sri Narayani Vidyalaya School in Southern India is a shining example of the positive effects that regular meditation in school has on the entire community. Joy-filled Living has worked closely with the principal, teachers and students to understand their own authentic experience with meditation. The feedback was so positive that this film was created in the hope to inspire schools around the world to introduce meditation.
